What type of company are we?
We are a Company Limited By Guarantee (CLBG). Therefore, as a Member we have Limited Liability, as set out in the Articles of Association.
Is there a PSC within the company?
There is no Person with Significant Control in relation to the residents’ company, as all the members have an equal say in the company’s affairs. It is conducted by majority vote.
Do we need or have Public Liability Insurance?
Following the advice of our solicitors, Copley Clark, it was recommended that we purchase this insurance to safe guard us, as freeholders of the land. A copy of the insurance policy schedule can be found on the Information page.
